Nancy L. Annis

She was born Feb. 23, 1930, in Jamestown, the daughter of O. Theodore and Dorothy Williams Johnson.

Nancy had been employed for many years as a registered nurse at WCA Hospital.

She enjoyed being part of the Maple Grove Cemetery Association and working alongside her husband, Roger, while he was caretaker.

Nancy had attended Zion Lutheran Church and Ivory Baptist Church in Frewsburg.

She is survived by three sons: Todd (Tambra) Annis and Jon (Amy) Annis of Frewsburg, and Tedd (Debra) Annis of Delray Beach, Fla.; nine grandchildren: Tyler (Monica) Annis, Trever, Kevin, Jacob, Janessa, Rachael, Samantha, Brytney Annis, and Krystina (Dan) Siassi; a great-granddaughter, Ember Annis; and a sister, Judy Johnson of Jamestown.

She was predeceased by her husband, Roger Annis; and two brothers: Jack and Denny Johnson.

At Nancy’s request, a private graveside service will held at Maple Grove Cemetery in Frewsburg.

No visitation will be observed.

Arrangements are by the Peterson Funeral Home, Frewsburg.
