Christina M. “Tina” (Sellen) Miller, 54, of Kennedy passed away unexpectedly Monday (July 1, 2020) in Strong Memorial Hospital, Rochester, N.Y.
She was born Jan. 27, 1966, in Jamestown, the daughter of Ronald Sellen and Barbara Darling.
Tina attended Falconer High School and was employed as a home health aid and also worked for the Lutheran Home as a nurses nid. She loved to dance, sing, riding horses, going to the casino and spoiling her grandchildren.
She is survived by her former husband, Fred Miller of White Silver Springs, WVa.; mother Barbara (Robert) Darling of Falconer ; her children: Cheyenne Sellen of Fremont, Ohio, Rikki Maynard of Concord N.C., Joseph Maynard of Lenoir, N.C., and Chelsea (Robert) Johnston of South Dayton; grandchildren: Noah Sellen, Brantley Johnston, Gracelynn Johnston, Owen Greenawalt and Jazz; sisters: Ronnalee (Jackie) Rose of Pennsylvania, Terrie Sellen of Pennsylvania, Cheryl (Mark) Trembley of Pennsylvania, Bobbie Jo (Norm) Roberts of Pennsylvania, and Billie Jo (Dave) Rogers of Pennsylvania; and her best friend and soul sister, Tracy (Scott) Waterhouse.
She is preceded in death by her father, Ronald Sellen.
Her memorial service will be at 4 p.m. Sunday (July 5, 2020) in the Falconer Funeral Home. The Rev. Brandon Meachum will officiate. (Due to CDC requirements and COVID 19 restrictions 33 percent of funeral capacity is allowed in the funeral home.)
The family will receive friends from 2–4- p.m. Sunday in the Funeral Home.
