Ashley Korene Dole

She was born in James-town, N.Y., on June 19, 1976, grew up in Panama, NY., attended Panama Central School, and studied at both Jamestown Business College and Jamestown Comunity College in Jamestown. Ashley lived many of her adult years in Jamestown, and more recently lived in Florida and South Carolina.

She enjoyed many hobbies and excelled in drawing and writing poetry. Ashley crocheted many beautiful afghans for members of her family. She loved to cook, experimenting with her own special ingredients. Other activities she loved included camping and swimming. She loved dogs and found great com-fort snuggling with her dog, Sebi. Even with a leg prosthesis, she took on life’s challenges and never complained. The memory of her beautiful smile and caring spirit will never be forgotten.

Along with her mother, Deborah A. Wells, she is survived by her two daughters: Korene L. and Lillie P. Aldrich. She is also survived by her paternal grandmother, Patricia S. Dole and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her father, Thomas G. Dole; her paternal grandfather, Ernest D. Dole, and her maternal grandparents, Harold and Lois Rounds.

A private family memorial will be held at a later date.
