Sally A. Treadway
Sally A. Treadway, 65, of 22 Traver Place, Frewsburg, passed away Monday (March 30, 2020) at Mercy Hospital of Buffalo.
She was born Feb. 5, 1955, in Jamestown, the daughter of John and Beverly “Becky” Obert Walker.
Sally loved and enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren, and was an avid walker.
Besides her mother of Frewsburg, Sally is survived by her husband Jonathan “Sam” Treadway, whom she married Aug. 10, 1991; three sons: Joel Caruso of Frewsburg, Michael (Tanescia Johnson) Caruso of Jamestown, and Jordan Treadway and fiance, Tomi Crick; five grandchildren: Joseph, Gianna and Taylor Caruso and Eliana and Azalea Treadway; and her sister, Deborah Kujawa of Frewsburg.
She was predeceased by her father.
Services will be private. No visitation will be observed.
Burial will be in Sunset Hill Cemetery, Lakewood.
