Russell W Balles, 40, of Cassadaga, passed away unexpectedly on April 21, 2020, at his home. He was born May 23, 1979, in Dunkirk, N.Y., the son of James Balles and Josette Wilcox Peck.
Russell worked in electronics specializing in computer repair. He was also known for his handyman skills. Russell loved music and played several instruments.
He was a loving father. Russell cherished the time he spent with his daughter, Hailey. He will be deeply missed.
Russell is survived by his daughter, Hailey Ruth Balles Kirkpatrick of Batavia, N.Y.; his sister, Jamie Ann Balles of Brocton, N.Y.; his father, James Balles of Endicott, N.Y., his mother. Josette (Randall) Peck of Cassadaga, N.Y. and his nephew, James Oehler.
Arrangements entrusted to Hubert Funeral Home and Cremation Services.
Services will not be observed. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the The Alex George Gregory Foulk Memorial Fund for substance abuse.
