James H. Isaacson Sr.

James H. Isaacson Sr., 77, passed away peacefully into the arms of his Father on Sunday, April 19, 2020 in Fort Wayne, Indiana. He was born on February 5, 1943 in Jamestown, NY, to the late Carl E. and Pearl (Summerson) Isaacson. James attended Jamestown High School and was employed as a delivery driver for Firch’s Bakery for many years. James is survived by his children, Karen Isaacson, Suzanne VanDuyne, James (Jannette) Isaacson Jr., all of Jamestown, Ashly Isaacson of Florida; grandchildren, Caitlyn, Amanda, Rebecca, and Jason VanDuyne, Jacquelynn, Brennan, Rosemary, and Connor Isaacson; along with numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; siblings, Thomas G. Isaacson, Carl A. Isaacson, and Ethel M. Schultz. Burial will take place in Sunset Hill Cemetery in Busti, New York at a later date. FairHaven Funeral Home and Cremation Services is handling arrangements.
