One of Tommy’s greatest accomplishments was joining AA. Thanks to the support of AA of Jamestown, he was enjoying his 5th year of sobriety. Tommy’s family is grateful for all the great friends that became family from AA. He took pride in helping others accomplish their sobriety through educating, mentoring and speaking at meetings in both Jamestown, N.Y., and Roswell, Ga. Along with his sobriety came along the gift of substitute teaching at Bush Elementary School, which made a lasting impact on both him and the children. In his spare time, he liked to work on his house and spend time with his children and grandchildren.
