Richard Howard Phillips

ONTARIO, N.Y. Richard Howard Phillips formerly of Jamestown, N.Y., passed away on Jan. 2, 2020 at age 72.

He is predeceased by parents, Howard J. and Dorothy J. (Steiger) Phillips; sister, Bonnie L. (Phillips) Bell. Dick is survived by his wife, Sharon; stepson, Matthew (Ann) Puccio; son, Simon Phillips; granddaughters: Isabella and Giuliana Puccio; siblings: Paul (JoEllen) Phillips, Cheryl (Arnie) Koch and Jed Phillips; and several cousins, nieces and nephews.

No prior calling. Friends are invited to Dick’s memorial service on Saturday, Feb. 8, at 11 a.m., at Faith Lutheran Church, 2876 Browncroft Blvd., Penfield. Private interment in Sunset Hill Cemetery, Jamestown, NY.
