Barbara J. (Beehler) Howard

Barbara J (Beehler) Howard was born Aug. 11, 1942. and died Tuesday, Jan. 7, 2020. She was the daughter of late Bernard and Doris (Bilson) Beehler.

If anyone knew Barbara, you know that there is a funny story to tell about her, Barbara was married to, has been blessed to be with and will be very much missed by Robert J. Howard of Florida.

Bob and Barb have spent their very best lives and each and every day for the past wonderful 50 Years together! Dad has Always said that he was in love on the very first day that he met mom. Once they moved to Florida…..Dad would answer the phone and say “every day in paradise”….. Barbara has been and will always be the love of his life!

She is survived by her four children: Ron and Monica (Seeley) Mazany of Palm Coast, Fla., Cherie (Mazany) and Troy Smith of Dewittville, N.Y.., Shane and Carmen (Brewer) Howard of London Mills, Ill., and Nathan Howard of Jamestown, N.Y.; also survived by her six grandchildren: Nathan (Laura) Smith, Marisa (Jacob) Cowell, Ronson (Stefanie) Mazany, Tiffany Smith, Sam Howard and Wyatt Howard; six great-grandchildren: Gavin Troy Smith, Tavian Sten Smith, Emmett James Smith, Harlee Rae Cowell, Cameron Robert Smith and Scarlett Rose Mazany; and her younger brother, David Edward Beehler of Westfield, N.Y. She is also survived by many cousins, in-laws, nieces, nephews and friends.

She was preceded in death by her older brother, Bernard Robert Beehler Jr.; and her husband, Roy A Mazany

Our family would like to thank all of our very special relatives and friends that attended the glorious open house for Bob and Barbs 50th anniversary (along with their renewal of the vows at St. Peters Episcopal Church) We were all blessed that day, to be surrounded by people that we love so dearly and who also love us! What could have possibly been better?

Because this past summer’s celebration meant so much to Barbara, Bob and our whole family…We feel like that was too perfect to repeat and seemed like a live memorial that Barbara herself, was so blessed to be of attendance, to enjoy each and every one of you.

Because of this, we will be having just an intimate memorial sometime in the future and we will have no other formal gatherings.

Our family would appreciate any donations, for Barbara, to be given to the Westfield Patterson Library or St Peters Episcopal Church, Westfield, N.Y.
