Ricky A. Haskins

Ricky A. Haskins, 66, of New Port Richey Fla., passed away Nov. 4, 2019, at HPH Hospice in Florida. He was born Nov. 30, 1952, in Jamestown, the son of the late Kenneth L. and Iona M. Haskins. Ricky was an auto mechanic with a love and passion for Ford Mustangs. A New York Yankees fan, he enjoyed playing baseball, Stateline Speedway, working on cars, playing cards, roller skating and fishing. Ricky is survived by three daughters: Julie (Sam) Giaimo of Cassadaga, Alecia Haskins of Jamestown and Ricki Benson of Frewsburg; seven grand- children: Darci and Julianna Giaimo, Makyah Keith, Meleigha Henley, Aydon, Trenton and Emielia Benson; four great-grandchildren; his siblings: Kenny Jr. (Madeline), Patricia, David (Yvonne), Gloria Muntz, Debra (Ray) Robbins and Sandra Evans; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brother, Robert; and brother-in-law, Randy Muntz. A private memorial service with his children was held Nov. 24, 2019.
