Tammy L. Simmons Walters

She was born June 13, 1964 in Jamestown the daughter of Ernest and Bertha (Swanson) Simmons of Falconer. Tammy had attended Falconer Central School and was a Home Maker. She loved her family dearly and enjoyed caring her grandchildren. She enjoyed doing plastic needle work embroidery.

She is survived by her parents Ernie and Bertha Simmons of Falconer, husband, Robert A. “Bob” Walters Sr., whom she married on June 20, 1987; three sons, Robert A. Walters Jr. and wife Shelby of Russell, Pa., Chad Walters and wife Myranda of Randolph, Dean Walters and wife Brayley of Conewango, N.Y., and a daughter; Michele Gifford of Randolph.

She is additionally survived by siblings, Thomas Simmons of Kennedy, Terry Simmons and wife Tammy of Sugar Grove, Pa., and Lisa Carlson and husband Marty of Gerry, N.Y.; 17 grandchildren, Shiana, Aidan, Janessa, Trevin, Leilah, Rayson, Huntlee, Nellie, Sage, Bella, Sophia, Jackson, Kayden, Leland, Oakley, April, and Kayla.

The family will receive relatives and friends from 1-3 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 1, 2019 in the VanRensselaer & Son Funeral Home, 14 Church Street, Randolph. A service will follow at 3 p.m. in the Funeral Home. Immediately following the service, a reception will be held at the Randolph American Legion Post 181, (Thank you Denise and Bonnie)
