Raymond C. Frost

He was born Dec. 30, 1937 in Westfield, the son of the late Charles B. Frost and Roberta Caswell Olson.

A lifelong resident of Mayville, he graduated from Mayville Central School in 1956. He was employed by the Village of Mayville Department of Public Works as a lineman and later as superintendent. He was also superintendent of buildings and grounds at Mayville Central School. He held various other positions in Mayville until retirement. Ray was a life member of the Mayville Volunteer Fire Department and a former member of the Mayville Conservations Club.

Surviving are four children: Howard (Linda Baldwin) Frost of Mayville, Tracy (Wayne) Stoughton of Westfield, Heather (John) Sweeney of Yuma, Ariz., and Anne Frost of Erie, Pa.; seven grandchildren; seven great-grand- children; two sisters: Susan Anderson of Georgia and Janet Chester of Florida; and several nieces and nephews.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Frederick of Florida; and one grandson.
