Howard R. Moore, 69, of Sugar Grove, Pa., passed away Friday, Oct. 4, 2019, in Elmwood Gardens Retirement Home, Erie, Pa.
The husband of Linda Moore, he was employed at Betts Industries, Warren, Pa., for over 39 years.
