John ‘‘Jack’’ Spencer Eaton

John ”Jack)” Spencer Eaton, 82, of Phoenix, Ariz., peacefully passed away Monday, Aug. 5, 2019, at home.

He was born July 25, 1937, to the late John and May Eaton. He was married to Carla Eaton for 58 years. Before he retired, he owned and operated All Trans Re- manufacturing in Phoenix, Ariz. He began operations in 1991 and it grew into a thriving business. Prior to moving to Arizona, he lived in Findley Lake, N.Y., there he owned and operated Eaton Builders, a construction company.

Jack was a honest, hard-working, respectable and loving man. His laugh and big smile will be remembered by everyone that knew him. His hugs were so warm and comforting, you didn’t want to let go. So many people looked up to him with admiration.

In his younger years, he loved to race cars. In his later years, he enjoyed going to casinos and spending time at his second home in Pine, Ariz.

Jack is survived by his brothers: Dale Eaton (Eileen), Jim Eaton (Penny), Tom Eaton; his son, Steve Eaton; a daughter, Vicky Macarthur (Gordon); a daughter, Dawn Eaton; grandchildren: Sarah Eaton, Beth Eaton, Kattie Eaton, Tracy Sweeney, Brandy Nelson, Nicole Walter and Stevie Oakes; 14 greatgrandchildren and one great-great-grandson.

Family and friends may call at the Phoenix Memorial Park and Mortuary, 200 W Beardsley Rd, Phoenix, Ariz. on Saturday Aug. 17, 2019 from 9-10 a.m., and are invited to the funeral service at 10-11 a.m., with the graveside service from 11-11:30 a.m. with a reception to follow at 11:30-noon
