Eric Raymond Eckberg
Eric Raymond Eckberg, 57, died on Aug. 8, 2019 at his residence at 42A Shirley Gate St., Jamestown.
He was born Aug. 8, 1962 in Jamestown, the son of the late Charles T. Eckberg and Janice Anderson Eckberg.
He was a 1980 graduate of Jamestown High School and served as a USAF munitions specialist. He returned to Jamestown and attended JCC. He was employed by Super Duper, Anderson’s Florist and was currently employed by The Resource Center.
He is survived by his mother, Janice Eckberg of Jamestown; five sisters, Anita J. Juul (Martin) of Manassas, Va., Karen B. Nobbs (David) of Jamestown, Sarah A. Eckberg of Warrenton, Va, Amy K. Tribble (James) of Windsor, Mass., and Lisa J. Morrow (Jeff) of Surprise Ariz.; three brothers, Kurt C. Eckberg of Jamestown, David T Eckberg (Barbara) of Warrenton, Va. and Karl R. Eckberg of Jamestown.
He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Eckberg; fraternal grandparents, Ernest and Maude Thoren Eckberg, and maternal grandparents, Raymond and Mary Alice Rudy Anderson.
Eric’s life celebration will be held at a later date.
