Kathy Jean Rumbaugh
Kathy Jean Rumbaugh was born Feb. 28, 1951, the daughter of the late June Loucks. She passed away at Sentara Virginia Beach General Hospital on July 8, 2019.
She was originally from Jamestown, but relocated to Virginia Beach, Virginia in 2000. She enjoyed playing computer games and especially talking to her bestfriend/sister, Peggy. She truly had a heart of gold and would give or do anything for her family. She was a proud wife, mother, grandmother and sister.
Kathy is survived by her husband, Donald ”Duck” Rumbaugh; her sister, Peggy (Skip) Griffin; her childre: Jason (Tammy) Loucks, Michelle (John) Rumbaugh; her grandchildren: Brady Loucks, Devon Rumbaugh and Shelby Loucks; She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Per her wishes there will be no services.
