Joyce G. Bell
Joyce G. Bell, 74, of Jamestown, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, July 10, 2019, in UPMC Chautauqua.
She was the wife of John W. “Jack” Bell, and had owned and operated Joyce’s Beauty Shop for many years.
Her funeral arrangements will be announced by the Lind Funeral Home.
