Diane Elaine Waite

She was born April 29, 1947 in Jamestown, N.Y., the daughter of the late Shirley B. and Joyce L. Waid Ericsson.

Diane was a graduate of Falconer High School and celebrated 51 years of marriage to her husband Jerry E. Waite, where they were married in Kennedy, N.Y. She was a dedicated mother to her four children, and worked as a secretary with her husband and son with their Timber Family Business. Diane loved watching sports, soap operas, and in earlier years loved being a stay at home mom.

Diane is survived by her husband Jerry E. Waite of Maple Springs, N.Y.; her four children, Scott Waite of North Boston, N.Y., Deane Waite of Richmond, Va., Shane Waite of Richmond, Va., and Brandon Waite of Maple Springs, N.Y.; she is also survived by eight grandchildren, and was preceded in death by her parents.

Visitation will not be observed.

A private memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family.

Memorials may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
