Ralph Angelo Cardone

He was born Oct. 25, 1951, in Jamestown, the son of Frank and Maxine Ferry Cardone.

Ralph earned his bachelor’s degree in history from Fredonia, State.

He was employed at Falconer Glass, where he served as union president.

He was instrumental in the organization of the Little Hoopers program in Frewsburg, coached little league and enjoyed sports.

Ralph is survived by his wife, Paula Jones Cardone, whom he married in 1974; three children: Megan (Craig) Rodgers, Todd (Julie) Cardone and Ashley Cardone of Frewsburg; nine grandchildren; and a brother, Dennis (Karolyn) Cardone of Scandia.

Besides his parents, he was predeceased by a sister, Bonnie Travis; and three brothers: James, Frank and Gregory Cardone.

The funeral will be held at 4 p.m. Saturday in the Zion Lutheran Church, Frewsburg.

The family will receive friends from 4-7 p.m. Friday in the Peterson Funeral Home, Frewsburg.

Memorials may be made to the Jamestown Boys and Girls Club.
