Leslie Ann Steves Green, 60, of Jamestown, passed away Sunday, May 12, following a long illness in Dunkirk.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Leslie and Wanda Steves, and a stillborn brother.
Leslie is survived by Jerry and Dale Steves of Frewsburg, Denny Steves of Frewsburg, and John and Kerri Steves of Jamestown; and several nieces and nephews.
No services will be held. A private memorial will take place at Fentonville Cemetery in Frewsburg at 11 a.m. on Friday.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be sent to the Chautauqua County Humane Society.
