A memorial service for Kay R. Kelly, 66, who passed away Jan. 26, 2019, will held from 1-3 p.m., Sunday, May 19, 2019, at the Celoron Legion.
Surviving is a sister; Paula Weaver of Frewsburg, N.Y.; a niece, Sara Weaver of Erie, Pa.; his longtime companion, Deborah Allen, with whom he made his home, and her family: Kelly, Alan, Bradley and Cameron Rupczyk of Raleigh, N.C.
