Richard F. Filegar

Richard F. Filegar, 79, of 34 Carson Ave., Oil City, Pa., formerly of Jamestown, N.Y., passed away on Sunday, Jan. 20, 2019, in the Oakwood Heights Nursing Home, Oil City, Pa. He was the husband of Kay E. Filegar and before his retirement had owned and operated Filegar Saw and Tool in Jamestown. The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday in the Lind Funeral Home where family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service. A full obituary will appear in Thursday’s Post-Journal.
