RANDOLPH — Pearl I. Rhodes Cargill, 69, of Brookdale, Southwestern Drive, Lakewood, formerly of Route 242, East Randolph, passed away Sunday (Dec 2, 2018) at UPMC Hamot Hospital in Erie.
She was the widow of Ronald James Cargill.
