Catherine Rose Riley

She was born Oct. 25, 1960 in Dunkirk, N.Y. She was married to Danny O. Riley for 40 years, all of which they lived in Leon, N.Y.

Mother of Peter O’Shea, Jennifer Renee Riley and Ryan (Mercedes) Riley, all of Leon, N.Y.

She was preceded in death by her father, Peter Indelicato of Dunkirk, N.Y.; half-brother, Andre Indelicato; and step father, William A. Thompson of Gerry, N.Y.

Surviving Catherine are nieces and nephews; six grandchildren: Emma, Aidan, Adam, Matthew Jr., Ariana and Claire; and mother, Jean Thompson.

Her dogs: Shaggy, Katie, Louie and Chloe and her horses: Candy and Sweet Tea meant the world to her.

She was in the banking business for over 30 years and later to be a manager for the CCB in South Dayton, N.Y.

She loved helping people with their problems and was trusted by many. Cathy was also an active member of the cherry chreek/Leon United Methodist Church and did activities whenever she could. She also loved camping and spending time with family and friends.

A memorial service will be held July 7, 2018, at 3 p.m., at the Cherry Creek/Leon Methodist Church.
