Marjorie Greene

Marjorie Greene, 74, of Hopkins Avenue, Jamestown, N.Y., passed away on Thursday, Oct. 5, 2017, at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital, Pittsburgh, Pa.

She was born on Dec. 12, 1942, in Nunda, N.Y., the daughter of the late Earl and Rose Nuse Cobin.

Marjorie had worked as a custodian for the Falconer School District, Falconer, N.Y., for many years.

She enjoyed cooking and playing BINGO. Marjorie liked watching her husband and sons race stock cars at Stateline Speedway and Eriez Speedway. She was an avid owl collector. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends, especially her grandchildren.

Marjorie is survived by her husband, Bruce Greene, whom she married on Oct. 15, 1962. They would have celebrated their 55 year anniversary. She is survived by two sons: Darryl Greene and Jay Greene both of Jamestown, N.Y.; her daughter: Debra Territo of Jamestown, N.Y.; a sister: Joyce (Tom) Miller of El-gin, S.C.; 10 grandchildren: Jennifer Greene, Lindsey Greene, Dylan Greene, Melissa (Todd) Winton, Jessica (Marcus) Forsberg, Randi Greene, Sara Territo, Courtney (Justin) Nicholes, Alex Greene and Levi Territo; 10 great-grandchildren: Damion, Maliki, Nevaeh, Jarrod, Brooke, Bruce Nyjah, Paige, Wyatt and Declan.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her granddaughter: Ashley Greene.

Family and friends may call at Powers, Present & Sixbey Funeral Home, 316 E. Fifth St., Jamestown, N.Y., on Sunday from 4-6 p.m. A funeral service will be held there at 6 p.m., Rev. Donald Ray will offi-ciate.
