Lanny A. Nelson, 78, of Dunham Avenue, West Ellicott, Jamestown, passed away Friday, Aug. 4, 2017, in the emergency room at Corry Memorial Hospital.

He was born July 24, 1939, in Jamestown, the son of the late Alfred W. and Sarah E. (Kidd) Nelson.
