Carol Ericson Wilson

Carol Ericson Wilson, 76, of Lincoln, Calif., passed away Sunday, Dec. 25, 2016, after a short illness.
Carol was born and raised in Jamestown, N.Y., graduating from Jamestown High School before attending Kent State University for her bachelors degree, and Eastern Michigan University for a masters degree. Carol lived in Milan, Mich., for 45 years, before moving to Lincoln, Calif., in 2011.
She was a life-long teacher and long time member of the Peoples Presbyterian Church in Milan, Mich.
Carol is preceded in death by her parents, Rolly and Elsie Ericson of Jamestown, N.Y.; and one granddaughter, Morgan Holtrop.
She is survived by her husband of 51 years, Herb Wilson; two daughters: Kirsten Walter and Kimberly Holtrop; four grandchildren; her brother, Dudley Ericson of Lakewood, N.Y.; and sister, Valerae Davis of Redmond, Ore.
Carol was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Her smart wit, and creativity, will be missed by all who knew her.
