Family and friends are invited to attend a celebration of life for Dennis G. Kotch, 66, of 932 Old Warren Road, Frewsburg, on Saturday, Oct. 29, 2016, from 2-6 p.m. at the Frewsburg Rod and Gun. The Peterson funeral home, Frewsburg, is in charge of arrangements.

FREWSBURG – Dennis G. Kotch, 66, of 932 Old Warren Road, died Wednesday, Oct. 19, 2016, at Buffalo VA Medical Center.
He was born April 3, 1950, in Jamestown, the son of George and Marguerite Robbins Kotch.
Dennis was a U.S. Marine veteran serving during the Vietnam War and had been employed at the former Blackstone Corp.
He was an outdoor enthusiast. Dennis enjoyed spending time fishing at Dave’s pond and loved hunting, especially archery.
He was very active in the Frewsburg Fire Company, where he was fire police and a lifetime member.
Dennis is survived by his wife, Bonnie Smith Kotch; two sons: Steven Kotch of Gerry, and Travis Kotch of Frewsburg; a daughter, Shawna (Lance) Messick of Arizona; four grandchildren: Kyle and Tyler Kotch and Blake and Reagan Messick; a brother, David Kotch of Wellsville; and a sister, Mary (Don) Pangborn of Busti.
He was predeceased by his parents.
No services or visitation will be observed. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
