Born Oct. 21, 1975, in Jamestown, son of Ernest and Dianne Harper Cockshott of Gerry.

He formerly attended Cassadaga Valley Central School.

Toby was employed as a mechanic at Lobb’s Auto Service Center, Frewsburg.

He was a proud Harley Davidson owner and en-joyed riding his motorcy-cle, four-wheeling and motocross riding.

Father of Jessie Cockshott of Falconer and Mattison Cockshott of Frewsburg; brother of Stacy (Dean) Swanson of Sin-clairville; grandson of Jean (late Clinton) Harper of Stockton and Bernice (late Harry) Cockshott of James-town.

Visitation will be from 4-6 p.m., Tuesday in Jor-dan Funeral Home, Sin-clairville.
