Mark A. Carlson, 58, passed away in his home April 25, 2016.
A current resident of Bemus Point, N.Y., he resided in Port Orange, Fla., for many years as well.
Son of MaryJane and Wallace Carlson, he is survived by two daughters: Katelyn Carlson of Maple Springs, N.Y., and Rachel Carlson of Simi Valley, Calif.
There will be no visitation or funeral service.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Chautauqua County Humane Society, 2828 Strunk Road, Jamestown, N.Y.
The Hubert Funeral Home and Cremation Services is in charge of arrangements.
