Charles J. ‘‘Chuck’’ Hedlund
Charles J. ”Chuck” Hedlund of Frewsburg, N.Y., and New Port Richie, Fla., passed away on Feb. 17, 2015.
He was born in Jamestown on Feb. 23, 1932, the son of the late Annette and Floyd Hedlund.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and, prior to retirement, he worked for MRC for 37 years. Surviving are his wife, Sandra, whom he married on April 15, 1975; eight children: John (Karen) Hedlund, Mike (Michelle) Hedlund, Cheryl Matteson, Deb (Don) Woodworth, Leslie (Vince) Morgan, Susan (Marvin Shoup) Devereaux, Bill Devereaux, Chris (Jim) Gage; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and two brothers: Floyd and George Hedlund.
