Ruby King Warner
Ruby King Warner, 50, of 1565 Peck Settlement Road, Jamestown, died at 12:45 p.m. Wednesday (Jan. 7, 2015), in the WCA Hospital.
She was born in Jamestown on Jan. 20, 1964, the daughter of Barbara Baggiano Sweet, Kennedy, N.Y., and the late Daniel King.
Ruby had formerly been employed as a nurse at Tan-glewood Manor, with the Visiting Nursing Associa-tion and later was a private nurse.
She enjoyed going to yard sales, bowling, crocheting, needlepoint and was a southside cheerleading coach. An avid sports fan, her favorite team was the Cleveland Browns. She will be sadly missed by her family.
She is survived by her husband, William Warner, whom she married on Aug. 22, 1981, in Jamestown; a son, William (Amber) Warner II, Falconer; a daughter, Jamie Lynn (Zachary) Clark, Pueblo, Colo.; five grandchildren; Adley and Peta Warner, Jamestown, Adrian and Aydin Warner, Falconer, and Izaiah Clark, Ashville, N.Y.; two brothers: Daniel and Michael (Michelle) King, Jamestown. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
Besides her father, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Ashley Warner, who died July 5, 1984.
The funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday in the Hubert Funeral Home and Cremation Services. The Rev. James Mohney, pastor of Living Waters Open Bible Church, will officiate.
Inurnment will be in Lake View Cemetery.
Friends will be received on Sunday from 2-5 p.m. in the funeral home.
