Debbie Smith of 72 Linwood Ave., Jamestown, N.Y., was born Aug. 28, 1964, in Jamestown. She passed away on July 4, 2013, in ECMC Hospital, Buffalo, N.Y., following a car accident.
She is survived by her married partner, Kimberly Malone of Jamestown; her sister, Jean (Harold) Smith Taber of Jamestown; two brothers: Dewey (Laurie) Smith of Plattsburg, N.Y., and Paul Smith of Jamestown; and many nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
Debbie was preceded in death by her parents of Jamestown, Ruth and Loren Smith; and her older sister, Rena Lanning of Ohio.
A memorial service will be held at 4 p.m. Saturday July 20, 2013, in the Lind Funeral Home. The Rev. Larry Harris of Buffalo will preside at the service.
