A Westfield man, who is being held on $1 million bail after allegedly trying to murder a woman in March in the village, is facing an additional charge. During a recent Falconer Village Board meeting, Paul Capitano, Falconer code enforcement officer, told board members that a remodel permit for the restaurant, which is to be located in the former M&T Bank branch at 20 W.
