A Jamestown man has been charged for the second time in a week with allegedly threatening another person with a weapon. Robert Overton Jr., 56, of Jamestown, was charged with two counts of first-degree criminal contempt and second-degree menacing after officers responded to a home on Jamestown's east side at 3:10 a.m. Sunday for a report of a person with a weapon.
