Abby Lee Miller, star of Lifetime’s Dance Moms, will appear at Levant Wesleyan Church on Friday with singer-songwriter Cassandra Kubinski, whose original songs scored 13 Dance Moms dances.

Miller and Kubinski will also appear Saturday in Buffalo and Sunday in the Rochester area.

Kubinski and Miller connected through social media, never having met on the show. After sold-out events in Saratoga Springs, Sparkill and Long Island, the two are bringing the music, choreography and stories to Western New York with dance workshops for dancers ages 7 to 24 and observers and Abby Lee Spills the Tea Q&A events, with Kubinski playing her Dance Moms hits live in Jamestown, Buffalo and Rochester.

The Western New York events follow the release of Kubinski’s acoustic album, Dance Moms Acoustic + Lyrical Solos, released Aug. 21 via Screenwave Media, an acoustic, live-in-studio collection of the songs she wrote for the show.

“Dance Moms changed my life,” says Kubinski. “I connected with people around the globe thanks to my songs being on the show, and it’s an honor and joy to work with Abby Lee Miller again to give both dancers and fans a chance to go deeper into the stories behind the show, the drama and fun, and the songs.”

The Falconer event is hosted by the Xplosion Allstars dance team. It begins at 3:30 p.m. with photos with Miller, followed by warm-up, legs and feet techniques at 4:30 p.m., a combo and audition workshop at 5:45 p.m., TikTok filming at 6:45 p.m. and the Abby Lee Spills the Tea Q&A for those with VIP Dancer tickets at 7 p.m. The session is for dancers ages 7 to 24 and teachers, parents and guardian observers.

Abby Lee Miller is the founder of the Abby Lee Dance Company, which was the centerpiece of Lifetime’s Dance Moms, which ran for eight seasons and 254 episodes and launched the careers of Maddie Ziegler, JoJo Siwa and other young performers. With 4.5 million Instagram followers, Miller continues to teach, inspire, and speak to audiences around the world. A cancer survivor who was diagnosed with Burkitt lymphoma in 2018, she remains a choreographer and dance educator. In 2026 she is on tour with masterclasses across the U.S.

Kubinski is a piano-playing singer-songwriter who served as bandleader and musical director on the Emmy-winning Never Settle Show, and has recorded and performed with the Goo Goo Dolls, 10,000 Maniacs, Chris Botti, Grammy-nominated raga jazz artist Charu Suri, The Voice winner Sawyer Fredericks, and others.
