CHAUTAUQUA — A motor vehicle accident in the area of Burdick Road has claimed the life of a Brocton man. At about 7:26 a.m., the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office responded to a motor vehicle accident in the area of Burdick Road. It was determined that the vehicle was traveling northbound and operated by Ryan J Evans, 44. The vehicle left the road, drove into an embankment and struck a tree. The incident occurred between Elm Flat Road and Haight Road. Chautauqua County Emergency Medical Services and North Lake Fire Department also responded to the scene.
