A toddler who was found on a highly trafficked road on the south side has led to charges for three adults.
Jamestown police report that at 6:37 p.m. Friday, Heidi Lindberg, 33, Megan Dorman, 26, and Christina Dorman, 51, were each charged with three counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
At around 6:37 p.m., officers were patrolling the area and located the unattended toddler exiting a building into a busy road. Officers contacted the child who was extremely dirty and only wearing a diaper. Officers conducted an investigation and were able to determine where the child lived.
Through further investigation, officers discovered the apartment was in deplorable conditions and two other children lived there as well. Lindberg, Megan Dorman and Christina Dorman were arrested and transported to Jamestown City Jail where they await arraignment.
The children were placed into the care of a family member off scene.
