Seven Charged After Euclid Avenue Raid

Seven people face charges after a search warrant was executed Tuesday on Euclid Avenue.
The warrant was served at 3:29 p.m. Tuesday at 28 Euclid Ave., Apt. 203, by members of the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office and Jamestown Police Department. The Jamestown Police Department SWAT made entry into the apartment. Present in the residence was Jaqwan L. Martin, Russell H. Rae, Anthony J. Wallace Jr., William R. Gardner, Tiffany Mahoney, Alicia M. Alexander and Vanessa L. Figueredo. As a result of the search, Narcotics Investigators seized 32.5 grams of Fentanyl, 11.3 grams of crack cocaine, 28 dosage units of suboxone, scales and packaging material for the distribution and sales of narcotics, and $3,373.
Martin Rae, Wallace Jr., Gardner, Mahoney, Alexander and Figueredo were all charged with three counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, and second-degree criminally using drug paraphernalia. Additionally, Wallace, Rae and Figueredo had arrest warrants out of Jamestown City Court. All seven will be arraigned in Jamestown City Court.
Several of those involved in Tuesday’s raid have been involved in prior incidents around the city over the years.
In early 2015, Martin was sentenced to a determinate term of four years in state prison and five years of post-release supervision for second-degree burglary. He was also sentenced to 2-4 years in state prison for third-degree burglary after an incident in Jamestown during which police allege four men broke into a Falconer Street home and robbed and assaulted four people inside the home.
In September, Gardner was charged with first-degree robbery, second-degree menacing, and fourth-degree criminal mischief after city police officers responded to a north side home for a reported robbery. Upon arrival, officers made contact with a woman who said that her bag was forcibly stolen by a white male. The woman identified the suspect as Gardner. Upon further investigation, officers determined that while allegedly taking the bag, Gardner also brandished a small machete and allegedly swung it at the woman and also allegedly damaged the woman’s cell phone. In June 2025, Gardner was charged with third-degree criminal mischief at 2:26 a.m. Wednesday after officers responded to the EZ Clean Car Wash on W. Harrison St. for a report of a man attempting to break into a coin machine. Upon arrival, officers report finding Gardner prying on a vacuum machine in an attempt to open it up to get the change. It was discovered that Gardner caused extensive damage to the machine.
Mahoney was charged Oct. 9, 2025, with two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, and two counts of second-degree criminally using drug paraphernalia after members of the Jamestown Metro Drug Task Force, and Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Investigators executed a search warrant at 17 W. Seventh St. upper apartment. After the residence was secured, detectives searched it and located 10.4 grams of methamphetamine, 7.3 grams of fentanyl, a small amount of crack cocaine, digital scales, packaging materials, hypodermic needles, and a small amount of cash.
Alexander was charged in 2023 with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance after a street check by police officers.
Figueredo was charged on Sept. 15 with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and two counts of second-degree criminally using drug paraphernalia after officers responded to the area of East Sixth Street and Liberty Street for a report of an RV blocking the intersection. Officers reportedly found a small quantity of fentanyl, digital scales and a narcotic cutting agent in the RV. She was also charged after a 2024 incident with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and tampering with physical evidence after allegedly trying to discard crack cocaine in the road after a traffic stop.
