A company that owns some post office buildings in Chautauqua County has purchased another.

The Post-Journal and OBSERVER have been analyzing real estate sales in Chautauqua County and recently looked at the transactions from Nov. 10-14.

During this time period, APIF-New York, LLC purchased 11 Main St., Sinclairville for $668,416. That is the address of the Sinclairville Post Office.

In 2024, APIF-New York, LLC purchased the Sherman Post Office and in 2023 it purchased the Lakewood Post Office.

In other news, there were two sales during this time period that topped $1 million.

6007 Tinkertown Road, in the town of Chautauqua sold for $2,912,750.

9247 Ravlin Hill Road, and three other parcels on Ravlin Hill and Bush roads, all in French Creek, were sold to 4 Jacks Dairy, LLC for $1,472,000. The three parcels without addresses are labeled as field crop and vacant farmland, and total around 150 acres.

Including the sales previously mentioned, from Nov. 10-14 there were nine sales that were $250,000 or higher. The remaining top sales are as follows:

– 6483 Sandalwood Lane, Chautauqua town sold for $590,000.

– 22 Parkside St., Mayville sold for $340,000.

– 8011 Milestrip Road, Villenova sold for $285,350.

– 4325 Leach Hill Road, Ellington sold for $280,000.

– 9178 Walden Road, Pomfret sold for $275,000.

– Condominium Unit No. E-7, Chautauqua Lake Estates, Chautauqua town sold for $250,000.

Overall, from Nov. 10-14 there were 75 transactions. The full list of sales higher than $1 is as follows:
