Silver Anniversary: Highway Superintendents Association Holds 25th Annual Toys For Kids Drive
The Chautauqua County Town and Village Highway Superintendents Association held their 25th annual Toys For Kids drive to benefit the Salvation Army on Wednesday, Dec. 10, at the Lakewood Rod & Gun. All the toys collected will be used to bring Christmas to less fortunate children in Chautauqua County. John Merchant of the Salvation Army; Greg Johnson of Busti; Rob Carlson of Kiantone; Capt. Kimberly Merchant of the Salvation Army; and Greg Hallberg of Ellery. In all 498 children will receive three toys. The association also made a $2,000 donation to the Salvation Army.
