Writing letters to Santa Claus may not be the oldest Christmas tradition observed around the world – but it’s one that most children around the world take part in each and every year.

It’s also been a time-honored tradition at The Post-Journal to publish letters written by area schoolchildren to Santa Claus. This year, we received letters from Brianna Krawczyk’s first grade class at C.C. Ring Elementary School.

While many of the year’s trendy toys, gizmos and gadgets are on their lists, so are questions about Mrs. Claus, Santa’s reindeer and Santa’s elves. We hope you enjoy reading the class’ letters as much as we did.
