PANAMA — The village of Panama’s newest pizza place, Panama Pizza, has closed its doors.

Owned by Terrie Tremblay and located at 8 W. Main St., Panama Pizza first opened last year on July 12, 2024 after Tremblay took it over from Dorothy Miller and her family who ran the shop as Family Night Pizza. Panama Pizza’s last day in operation was June 21, as it was announced on their Facebook page.

“Panama Pizza will operate on Wed-Sat. 11-7 thru June 21st at which time we will be closing permanently,” the Facebook page says. “The landlords have decided not to renew the lease.”

On the last day on June 21, Tremblay thanked her customers from this last year in another Facebook post.

“I cannot say thank you enough to all the wonderful people who have blessed my life in the last year,” the post says. “Thank you for giving Panama pizza a chance and for all your wonderful words of encouragement. This experience has been a blessing.”

Starting at $3.50/week.
