Dion Gayton wants his business to be more visible in the Jamestown area.

So Gayton, owner of Go To Meals, decided to move his business literally “up the road” to a new Fairmount Avenue location in West Ellicott.

Gayton said he did not want to be in a plaza anymore, as the business held a ribbon cutting ceremony Monday at its new location, 760 Fairmount Ave.

“We offer healthy pre-prepared meals, Gayton said. “We have a weekly-changing menu, so every single week the menu changes. There is a huge variety (of meals) — all fresh never frozen.”

Gayton said the store also offers seven to 10 different meal options as well as five to six desserts, and three to four breakfast meals. He said the move was to show the business is planting roots in the community.

“We want to show the Jamestown community that we are here for longer than a few years,” Gayton said.

Gayton added Go To Meals has been in West Ellicott since June 2021 at its previous location, 707 Fairmount Ave.

“We are really happy that they decided to stay in the town (of Ellicott), and we wish them continued success,” said Ellicott Town Supervisor Janet Bowman.

Gayton said on the company’s website, gotomealsllc.com that “we believe everyone should have the freedom to chase their dreams with nothing holding them back. We give our customers this freedom by making their basic everyday needs simple, without sacrificing health and quality. We take pride in living a healthy lifestyle Together. Our main objective is to provide everyone with the ability to enjoy eating high quality home cooked meals, at a relatively low cost, and save time preparing their meals.”

Go To Meals also has a store in Olean.

Representatives from other local lawmakers including County Executive PJ Wendel, and U.S. Rep Nick Langworthy were present.
