Three Jailed After Drugs, Cash Found During Raid
Three Jamestown residents were jailed following a multi-agency investigation that found drugs were reportedly being sold from a Bassett Street home.
A search warrant was executed by police and members of the city SWAT team at 22 Bassett St. around 6:40 a.m. Inside, police found 21 grams of methamphetamine, cocaine, suboxone, drug paraphernalia and cash.
Charged following the raid were 38-year-old Stacie N. Yancer, 24-year-old Morgan Merrill-Larson and 26-year-old Dustin A. Newbie.
All three were facing drug possession charges as well as endangering the welfare of a child.They were transported to Jamestown City Jail pending arraignment.
The charges, police said, were part of Investigation by the city task force and state police.
