ORCHARD PARK – A Panama man was reportedly involved in an apparent murder-suicide Tuesday in Orchard Park.

According to a report by The Buffalo News, 53-year-old David Lewczyk of Panama and his 51-year-old girlfriend, Ruby Stiglmeier of Orchard Park, were found dead inside a 6 Queens Place residence that they reportedly shared.

The report states that Lewczyk shot Stiglmeier three times before shooting himself once, Orchard Park Police Chief Mark Pacholec said at a Wednesday news conference. Pacholec said the two had been living on and off together for about two years.

The report said Stiglmeir owned the Queens Place home and that a relative found the dead couple at about 9:30 p.m. The investigation is continuing.
