JAMESTOWN POLICE - Katie E. Keeler, 34, of Jamestown was charged with second-degree criminal contempt at 5:29 p.m. Sunday after officers responded to a north side home for a reported unwanted person. Officers arrived on the scene and found that Keeler allegedly violated a stay away Order of Protection with the victim. Keeler was found a short distance away and charged without incident. JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT — Phillip E. Hinkley, 55, of Jamestown, was charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. At approximately 7:13 a.m. Saturday, officers responded to a local business on the south side of the city for two unattended juveniles. Through investigation, it was found both juveniles were alone and had rode an ATV to the store, and without helmets. Officers made contact with the father, Hinkley, who was supposed to be in charge of the juveniles. Demarco, 47, of Jamestown was charged with two counts of second-degree menacing and felong third-degree criminal possession of a weapon at 11:06 p.m. July 3 after officers responded to a south side business for a reported person with a weapon. Officers arrived on the scene and found a male later identified as Demarco barricaded inside of an office of the business with a knife. Thomas, 49, of Jamestown, were charged after a street check at 8:22 a.m. Thursday on Prendergast Avenue near Wilson Place. Officers were on patrol when they allegedly saw Park, who had a known warrant for failing to appear in Jamestown City Court. Park was accompanied by a male who allegedly provided officers with a false name but was later identified as Thomas, who was found to be an absconder from Pennsylvania parole. Officers determined that a domestic incident occurred resulting in a cell phone allegedly being smashed. JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPT. - David Burkhart III, 33, of Jamestown was charged with endangering the welfare of ac hild at 10:40 a.m. Tuesday after officers responded to the east side of Jamestown for a report of a 2-year-old child wandering in the street.
