CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT
-- VILLENOVA -- at 3 p.m. Saturday, deputies responded to the town for a disorderly person report. Upon investigation it was determined that William Hendrickson, 58, of Forestville did threaten and engage in physical contact with the victim. He was placed into custody and transported to county jail and arraigned.
WESTFIELD POLICE DEPARTMENT
-- At around 3:15 p.m. Oct. 25, officers were dispatched to the 96 E. Main St. 7-Eleven for a reported shoplifting. While on scene, officers reviewed surveillance footage within the store. It was found that Caleb E. Dellahoy came into the store, and allegedly stole three Green Apple Beat Boxes. Dellahoy was charged with one count of petit larceny. He will be in the Town of Westfield Court later.
