– SHERMAN – Virginia A. King, 72, of Sherman was charged with criminal mischief in the fourth-degree. On Wednesday, sheriff's deputies responded to a call for a past-tense damaged property complaint. It was alleged that she had damaged property belonging to another individual. King was arrested and taken to Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment.
– FRENCH CREEK – Ricky L. Waltenbaugh, 49, of French Creek was charged with criminal mischief in the fourth-degree. On Tuesday, police responded to an address on Cherry Hill Road for an altercation. It was alleged that Waltenbough damaged property that did not belong to him. After a brief investigation, he was arrested and taken to Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment.
– Angela K. Anderson, 48, of Jamestown was charged with two counts of petit larceny and two counts of unlawful possession of a personal ID in the third-degree. On Monday, police arrested Anderson after an investigation into past-alleged larcenies. She was issued an appearance ticket and will return to Jamestown City Court at a later date.
