JAMESTOWN POLICE
– Brenda K. Leeper, 58, of Jamestown was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and two counts of second-degree criminally using drug paraphernalia at 8:45 a.m. Friday after a search warrant was executed at 107 Lister St., Jamestown, by narcotics detectives from the Jamestown Police Department and narcotics investigators from the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Department. Once officers made entry, they allegedly found Leeper inside as well as a quantity of fentanyl, crack cocaine, packaging material, digital scales and U.S. currency. Leeper was charged and taken to the city jail until she could be arraigned. The Jamestown Police Department was assisted by the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office. -Anthony L. Jordan, 57, of Jamestown was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, three counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and two counts of second-degree criminally using drug paraphernalia after a search warrant was executed at 25 Myrtle St., lower apartment, at 10:20 a.m. Friday. Narcotics detectives from the Jamestown Police Department and narcotics investigators from the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Department executed a search warrant at 25 Myrtle St., lower apartment, and reportedly found Jordan inside along with three women. Once the residence was secured, detectives and investigators searched it and allegedly found a quantity of fentanyl, methamphetamine, suboxone, psilocybin mushrooms packaging material, digital scales and more than $2,000. Police say all of the evidence was allegedly found in Jordan’s bedroom. Jordan was taken to the city jail until he could be arraigned. The Jamestown Police Department was assisted by the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office. – Daeshally Rodriguez, 24, of Dunkirk was charged with DWI, DWI per se and unlicensed operator at 1:19 a.m. Sunday after deputies pulled a vehicle over on East Main Street in Fredonia. She will be in Fredonia Village Court later.
– ASHVILLE – Shannon R. Sertz, 28, of Erie was charged with DWI, DWI per se and speeding at 8:56 p.m. Saturday after deputies pulled a vehicle over on North Maple Avenue in Ashville. Sertz will be in North Harmony Town Court later.
